4 Easy Steps To Creating Your Posh DIY Hanger Wardrobe Organizer
Organize Your Closet Clutter By Creating Your Own DIY Hanger Wardrobe Organizer
Using the right storage would not only maximize storage space but could also solve problems such as tangled jewelry, scarves or jumbled ties. Follow this DIY hanger wardrobe organizer tutorial below to keep scarves and ties looking well-kept and in good order. For sure you will save money from replacing them and most importantly, reduce your clutter.
For Your Organizer, You’re Going To Need:
- Hot Glue / Super Glue
- Ribbon (any width)
- 16 Circular Rings
Step 1: Wrap Ribbon
Wrap ribbon around your hanger and your ring. Using a super glue, attach one end of the ribbon to the ring, then simply wrap the ribbon around the ring until everything is covered. Attach the ribbon end with the glue.
As far as wrapping your hanger is a concern, start by gluing a piece right below the hook and then wrap around to the other side. Then start at the bottom of the hook and slowly wrap the ribbon around until you reach the top.
Step 2: Arrange Your Pattern
The next step is to arrange your rings into your desired pattern. As you can see, I’m creating an upside down triangle to mirror my hanger. You can arrange them in a square grid or a rectangular grid.
Step 3: Attach Rings Horizontally
Start by attaching the rings horizontally then cut off a piece of the ribbon and wrap it sideways between your first two rings. Use your glue to lock it into place. Repeat this step with all of your rings.
Step 4: Attach Your Rings Vertically
Once you’ve finished your fully connected rows of Os, all that’s left to do is to attach your rings vertically. Repeat step 3 by winding your ribbon around your rings to pull them together and then securing the ribbon with glue. You’ll use the same technique to attach the top in your completed grid to the bottom of your hanger.
There you have it! You’ve now gotten yourself the perfect accessory organizer in just less than an hour and for under ten dollars only! The organization doesn’t have to end there, hang your pouch around the top of the hanger as a ring or a bracelet holder. Explore for new organizational ideas!
